We think real estate agents charge way too much to sell a home. We charge a flat 2% commission on every listing. Our agents handle the transaction for the buyer free of charge. If the buyer is represented by another agent, their commission can be added to the purchase price of the home.

We have found that buyers prefer to tour homes unaccompanied by pushy real estate agents. Once we have verified the identity of the prospective buyers, they will be issued a one time code for our electronic lockbox. This aleviates the need for buyers to be reliant on a real estate agent's schedule in order to see a home.
